出口不振 主計長點名宏達電

主計長石素梅今天至立法院就「經濟成長預測與未來經濟趨勢」進行專題報告。在答詢時，立委許添財批評主計總處預測不準讓全民皆知，石素梅回應：「我們是據實表達。」

主計總處預測，明年出口可成長3.07%，較今年0.44%提升。石素梅還說，今年出口不振主要是宏達電出口下滑造成，但明年和今年相比，跌幅就不會那麼大。許添財對此又批：「這是和基期有關」，石素梅對此也坦言稱「是」。

許添財指出，中國大陸和全球經濟結構出現轉變，主計總處預測已和全球經濟轉變脫節，當然會不準。
