3天2次誤點 台鐵科長鞠躬道歉

台鐵又出狀況！

109B次迴送自強號列車，上午8點17分，在萬華到台北站間，列車故障，目前還停在軌道上，以致於萬華到台北站間，只能單線雙線運轉，後續列車都會延誤，經過台鐵緊急處理，在9點31分進入台北站，並且恢復雙向通車，影響旅客部分，台鐵正在統計中。

台鐵又出包！早上8點17分，在上班尖峰時間，自強號列車故障，讓趕著上班的民眾急跳腳，對此台鐵科長鞠躬道歉，台鐵科長陳鉦保表示，是因為車齡老舊故障，造成大眾的不便，他深感歉意。
