鈉奶粉命案　北檢朝蓄意謀殺偵辦

【呂志明／台北報導】鈉奶粉殺嬰案兇嫌鄒雅婷堅稱她一人犯案，動機是為教訓弟媳，沒殺人故意，但檢警仍覺可疑，因鄒女自9月起至10月間持續在奶粉摻鹽，而女嬰緗緗早在9月間就因不明發燒時常進出醫院，不排除與吃摻鹽奶粉有關。

北檢認為，若鄒女只想給弟媳教訓，當女嬰9月進醫院時，應已達到目的，停止摻鹽舉動，但鄒女卻沒因此鬆手，反而持續加，甚至加碼將巴掌大的海鹽放進奶粉。

依衛生署建議，成年人每天鈉攝取量應低於2.4公克，檢方認為，以鄒女加鹽方式，絕非她所言毫不知情，而是意圖致女嬰死亡或是重傷，全案朝蓄意謀殺方向偵辦。
