【張君豪／台北報導】台北市警方破獲橫行通化夜市的竹聯幫天龍堂角頭陳逢茂（60歲、有組織、詐欺、偽造文書前科）為首的犯罪集團，警方調查，陳男組成「坡心市場管委會」並自任主委，率10餘名幫眾向攤商每月收取9000至2萬5000元保護費。如果攤商不願配合，就率手下搬運大型水泥塊、盆栽擋住攤商做生意動線，或者將攤車鎖上鐵鍊妨害業者做生意。若業者自行移除障礙，則會遭陳男率幫眾分持木棍、球棒毆打無辜攤商洩憤。

昨天警方兵分多路執行搜索，逮捕天龍堂12人到案並起獲瓦斯槍、開山刀，球棒、帳冊等證物，訊後分以違反《組織犯罪防制條例》、恐嚇、毀損、強制等罪嫌移送法辦。
