表哥性侵表妹 稱兩情相悅

新竹縣23歲楊姓男子，愛慕小他9歲、讀國中的表妹，兩度在楊男舅舅住處發生性行為，後來關係生變，女方控告遭表哥性侵。楊男否認性侵犯行，表示兩人關係雖是表兄妹，但實際互動像情侶，發生性行為是兩情相悅，沒有強迫。但楊男仍因與未滿14歲女子發生性行為，新竹地檢署今天依妨害性自主罪起訴。

檢方查閱兩人網路即時通聊天內容，多次出現相互表達情意及關於性行為的親密用語，被害人的行為與反應，確實與一般遭受性侵的被害人反應不同。但楊男行為仍觸犯與未滿14歲女子性交罪，檢察官今天偵結起訴。
