A乘客手機勒贖 運將起訴

（中央社記者劉世怡台北14日電）邱姓計程車司機被控撿到乘客手機，竟「擄機勒贖」，要求15萬元不成後，將手機賣掉。北檢日前依恐嚇及侵占等罪起訴邱男。

台北地檢署公布起訴書指出，33歲的邱男在今年8月18日晚間7時許，搭載劉姓乘客前往台北巿敦化南路時，發現乘客的HTC新款手機掉在車上，竟占為己有。

檢方指出，邱男在事隔3天後，開車到一家便利商店前，以公共電話連續撥打2通電話給劉姓乘客要錢，向對方恫稱「（手機裡）這種東西若流出去會對你造成什麼影響？」、「你不要報警，不然我就公布手機內容」，勒索新台幣15萬元，但劉姓乘客回稱只願付5000元。劉姓乘客後來沒付錢並報警處理。

檢警偵辦期間，依公共電話通聯紀錄及調閱監視器畫面等，以車追人而鎖定邱男犯案。邱男坦承犯行並供稱因缺錢花用，且手機已變賣。

檢方表示，邱男行徑形同「擄（手）機勒贖」，依恐嚇取財未遂及侵占遺失物等罪嫌，將他起訴並向法院聲請簡易判決。1021214
