SK海力士 開發TSV技術晶片

全球第二大晶片製造商SK海力士（Hynix）26日宣布，已開發出全球第一個使用直通矽晶穿孔（TSV）技術的記憶晶片，可望大幅提高處理速度和效率。

SK海力士表示，這個高頻晶片的處理速度達每秒128GB，比GDDR5晶片快三倍，使用的電壓為1.2伏特，也相對較低。另外，這個晶片能省下40%的電力。

這個新產品由SK海力士與美國的超微（AMD）共同開發，採用TSV技術並結合四個40奈米級的動態隨機存取記憶體（DRAM）。TSV技術能讓DRAM以較高的電效率連接。

SK海力士說，這個以TSV技術為基礎的晶片，可用於要求高繪圖表現的裝置、超級電腦和伺服器，將於2014下半年開始量產。
