擅自修剪茄苳路樹　將裁罰3至15萬元

【游芳男／宜蘭報導】宜蘭三星鄉三星路3段3株樹齡25年的茄苳路樹，今早被人發現，遭人擅自修剪，其中1株幾乎被截成一半，公路局獨立山工務段長戴進富 說：經查訪，御鎂花卉集貨中心坦承擅自修剪茄苳樹，因違反《公路法》第72條之2「擅自破壞公路公物」，將栽罰台幣3至15萬元。而被修剪的茄苳樹，因樹 頭樹根未被修剪破壞，一段時日後仍將茂盛。

御鎂花卉集貨中心女負責人黃素珍說：茄苳樹冠茂盛，種子及落葉不斷，每天清理相當麻煩，而且樹冠也影響到路燈電線，及擺在樹附近的盆栽花卉生長，才想要加以修一修「我也感到很不好意思，修剪過頭了」，「我知道錯了，希望公路局罰少一點」。
