特教生傷人　教育局消極處理致家長恐慌

【郭美瑜／台北報導】台北市南門國中一名特教生上月與王姓學生發生口角，特教生持雨傘戳傷王生眼角、拿剪刀劃傷王生臉頰。王生家長不滿向北市教育局陳情未獲回應，今指控該特教生在校多次推人打人，還曾攜帶美工刀到校，該班學生及家長很恐慌，他盼該特教生轉學。被傷的王生也說，害怕到校遇到該名特教生，不敢上學。接獲陳情的市議員鍾小平則質疑教育局放任不處理，若有其他學生受傷，誰負責？

教育局說，兩生學區皆為南門國中，基於學生受教權，無法要求特教生轉學，現暫安排特教生在資源班及輔導室上課，下學期將安排特教助理員陪伴該生就讀，若有其他學生受傷，該負責的就負責。

南門國中校長李珀玲說，該名特教生平時害怕別人靠近，會自我防衛，曾拿美工刀揮舞，遭記3警告、1小過處分。事發後已將該生安置在資源班及輔導室上課，並向教育局申請特教助理，下學期陪伴該生上課。此外，校方也安排教師入班宣導，教導其他學生如何與特教生相處。至於受傷的王同學，校方也將安排個案輔導。
