手機資料不見了

我的手機是htcTattoo
昨天晚上太累洗完澡就直接睡覺
手機在播音樂我忘了關掉
早上我起來的時候呈現關機狀態我以為只是沒電了
重新開機後我發現我手機上的東西全部不見
包含聯絡人簡訊 app 等等 (我都沒有存SIM卡)
(註: 有人在凌晨1點半左右傳簡訊來我卻有收到
但是其他先前的簡訊全部都不見了)
然後我存的音樂在記憶卡的音樂
原本600多首也只剩100首
而且所有設定也都要再重新設定

有些資料真的很重要能找得回來嗎?
