首先請先嘗試執行以下兩個 Fix it 自動修復工具，看看問題是否解決：

1:Fixit: 當 IE停止運作或沒有回應時修正 IE 附加元件或外掛程式問題:

2:自動重設 Internet Explorer見微軟

3:請降階IE重安裝

開始_控制台_點選[程式與功能](或點選[程式集]下面的[解除安裝程式]_接著點選左邊的[檢視安裝的更新]_找到[Windows Internet Explorer11]項目並解除安裝_重新開機；之後系統的IE就會變回的IE10

然後使用windows update更新到你要的IE或直接下載IE11
