念的是南部私立會計系，畢業後已經在會計事務所工作快5年了，剛進去月薪是19K到現在的21K，年終1個月，無三節，有結帳獎金2-3K，請假不扣薪。打算在今年結帳後提離職，在台南轉換其他會計相關工作。依我的經歷在台南是否能談薪水？目前台南的會計行情怎麼樣？很怕因為自己待的是小事務所，不是會計師事務所，薪資會大打折扣，另，會ＥＲＰ系統是不是必要的？麻煩大家解惑了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.121.109.105
