選擇？朗木寺or四姑娘山？

大家好，
小弟打算帶待父母去黃龍、九寨溝旅遊（安排從成都搭飛機去黃龍機場，雙飛），
目前計畫在7月中旬安排9 天行程，
扣除頭尾飛行時間（第一天到成都機場很晚了），
預計有7.5天可以安排行程（最後一天是下午15:00的班機）。

目前小弟有2個規劃方案：
一、樂山、峨嵋山2天＋黃龍、九寨溝3天＋若爾蓋花湖、朗木寺、黃河第一彎2.5天
二、黃龍、九寨溝3天＋四姑娘山4天
想請問各位達人，四姑娘山與若爾蓋、朗木寺這兩條路線景色，哪條路線比較會讓人有比較深刻的感動？
如果以後沒有機會再出國了，您會選擇哪一條路線？

Ps: 父親年紀80但身體還不錯；母親不到70歲，但體力較容易疲憊。
