羅技視訊C不能用 ,但是換另一台電腦卻可以! 怪了!

Windows 無法啟動這個硬體裝置，因為它的設定資訊 (在登錄中) 不完整或已損毀。 (代碼 19)

 但是換一台電腦就可以用了! 

原本用好好的,後來好像裝了FB的視訊軟體, 之後就不能用了, 奇怪了! 不知是不是這個原因!

原本還以為壞了,要拿去換!真麻煩!   有到程式裡移除了,但是還不行,不知道要做什麼調整或設定!
