DRAM現貨價 創3個月新低

動態隨機存取記憶體(DRAM)現貨價不斷滑落，創近3個月新低價。

因傳統淡季效應，加上海力士(Hynix)中國大陸無錫廠產能逐步恢復，引發DRAM價格鬆動，自2月起一路滑落。

根據市調機構集邦科技調查，DDR3 4Gb現貨均價2月來自4.17美元，滑落至3.82美元，下跌0.35美元，跌幅約8.39%。

DDR3 2Gb現貨均價更自2.9美元，滑落至2.28美元，下跌0.62美元，跌幅達21.37%。DDR3 4Gb及DDR3 2Gb顆粒現貨均價同創3個月新低價。

DRAM廠南科預期，3月及第2季因淡季效應，DRAM產品價格恐將緩跌；不過，下半年市場將轉為供給不足情況。

記憶體模組廠威剛也預期，DRAM市場需求成長高於供給增加幅度，市場供需依然健康，今年營運可望穩健發展。
