禪定就是心定
修禪定！入定！是把這個心定住了，一些念頭都不轉、身業、語業、口業完全停止，叫入定。不入定了、叫出定。
譬如：「觀無量壽佛經」的第八觀，把阿彌陀佛、觀世音菩薩、大勢至菩薩及極樂世界七寶等種種光明莊嚴，觀出來了！除無量億劫生死之罪，於現身中得念佛三昧。
三昧是梵文，翻成漢文！就是心定不亂。
