春天開始，遊戲話題接連不斷。遊戲商Wargaming宣布，WGL世界大賽將於4月4日至6日在波蘭舉行，來自世界各地的14支頂尖隊伍將爭取成為第一個《戰車世界》霸主。14支參賽者包括來自北美、南韓、東南亞與中國的隊伍，還有來自獨立國家國協隊伍，此外還有透過外卡資格戰晉級的德國與波蘭隊伍；台灣隊伍雖未獲選角逐，但WGL為電玩競賽的指標性活動。
