專門追蹤恐怖組織的智庫SITE周日說，一個伊斯蘭聖戰組織再度號召暗殺法國總統歐蘭德，以報復法國最近干預非洲。這個稱為「al-Minbar聖戰媒體網」的好戰伊斯蘭網站和凱達有關係，這個網站號召穆斯林在法國境內發動攻擊，並對其他地方的法國據點發動攻擊，以報復法國干預中非共和國和馬利。

法國去年1月出兵馬利，幫馬利驅逐激進伊斯蘭分子，另外出兵二千人到中非共和國，協助非洲聯盟平定當地穆斯林和基督徒的衝突。
