台聯率眾北檢遞狀 籲聲押白狼

白狼「張安樂」昨天下午發起千人挺服貿活動後，台聯的好幾名台北市、新北市議員候選人今天下午也同樣率眾到台北地檢署跟台北地院遞狀，呼籲檢方向院方聲請對張安樂執行羈押。

台聯台北市黨部副主委謝建平說，張安樂是因組織犯罪被法院通緝到案，現在是交保候傳，但卻在交保期間非法聚眾而且恐嚇人民，台聯呼籲法院必須立即羈押危險份子：

　對於台聯的動作，法界人士指出，法律規定只有檢察官才有聲請羈押權，民眾無權徑自向法院聲請羈押任何人。北檢也表示，張安樂去年以一百萬元交保後，並沒有再發生新的羈押事由，不過台聯遞的狀紙仍會交給承辦檢察官依法審酌。
