之前停紅燈被酒駕的汽車從後面撞上, 當下對方被警察酒測0.56帶回警局, 我也做了交通大隊跟派出所的筆錄. 隔天我汽車直接開去保養場出險維修. (丙式全險) 此時對方認識的維修場打電話叫我車不要給原廠修, 給他們修. 我沒理他. 從頭到尾我都沒跟撞我的那個人連絡過, 他也沒連絡我. 後來直接收到調解委員會的通知書, 上面寫說"是由交通大隊第三分隊轉介, 雙方如以和解請通知本會" 是否代表不是對方申請的呀? 對方可能不一定會出席? 通知書上面還寫說"如果有投保第三責任險, 請直接通知保險公司參與調解" 我是否要請保險公司的負責我案子的人一起去? 好麻煩啊~ 時間是週三上午, 還要請假去耶. 沒做錯事被撞還要做一堆麻煩事... 謝謝各為 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.221.102.2 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/car/M.1396837984.A.5DC.html ※ 編輯: ckai1983 (61.221.102.2), 04/07/2014 10:33:24
