公平會2度被打臉　訴願會撤處分「罰不到」

今《聯合報》報導，公平會針對9家民營電廠電價聯合行為，裁罰六十點五億元的行政處分，昨遭到行政院訴願會第二度撤銷，公平會今表示，行政院訴願會雖撤銷處份，但並非否定電廠沒有聯合行為，只是針對各家電廠狀況不同，但二度處分時每家業者都減罰3千萬元不妥，會在2個月內重新處分。

前年電價調漲，民營電廠拒絕配合台電，調降電價要求，公平會去年三月重罰業者共63.2億元，業者提起訴願後，去年九月行政院訴願會撤銷該處分；公平會去年11月重新裁罰，罰9家民營電廠60.5億元，民營電廠再提訴願，行政院訴願會本周第二度撤銷處分。（蔡惠如／台北報導）
