【更新】妙齡女遭勒斃　棄屍土城山區

1名年約20多歲的女子，今晚10時許被發現陳屍在土城區永寧路上的山區水溝內，女子疑似遭人勒斃棄屍，死亡時間約已3天，警方已經封鎖現場調查中。
