腹痛、出血誤為小產　竟是子宮外孕

懷孕8周的林姓孕婦，日前因下腹疼痛、陸續出血，到醫院看診，診所判斷為小產，開了子宮收縮藥物，治療1周後，腹痛狀況加劇，前往衛福部台中醫院檢查，才發現子宮外孕。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，林姓孕婦日前到婦產科診所，經超音波檢驗，發現子宮有黑色類似胚胎影像，醫師判斷為早期妊娠，合併流產，給子宮收縮藥物，但腹痛仍持續。她前往衛福部台中醫院檢查，發現子宮外孕，且妊娠囊著床位置在右側輸卵管，已脹破內出血，緊急開刀。醫師呼籲，懷孕時若有腹痛現象，建議到大醫院檢查，釐清病因。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
