為回應近來青年朋友所關心的議題，今（20）日馬英九總統就職六周年活動將結合校園座談行程，移師中國醫藥大學舉辦。有學生以新加坡醫事人員薪資為我國兩倍、工作量卻只有我國一半提問，馬總統回應說，「有哪家血汗醫院就告訴我」。

總統表示，政府在兩年多前就注意到血汗醫院的問題，因此提高內、外、婦、兒、急診科診察費，舒緩人力的問題；護理人員有增加，並特別在偏鄉培育；護理人員由4個病房改成3個病房一個，白班朝1：7努力，情況有所改善；六年前他政見主張醫療支出要增至GDP7.5%，將儘快達成。
