受到滯留鋒面影響，中央氣象局今(21)日持續針對臺北市、新北市、桃園地區及高雄山區、嘉義山區發布豪雨特報。而經濟部水利署中午也持續對台北市、新北市部分區域發布淹水一級警戒，提醒民眾小心防災。

不過，根據中央氣象局近一個小時的雨量累計統計結果顯示，前五名雨量最多的地點，均出現在桃園地區，而今天零時至下午1點的累積流量圖顯示，桃園也和雙北部份區域一樣，進入「紅色」區域，儘管水利署今早10時40分針對桃園縣龜山鄉、桃園市僅發布淹水二級警戒，隨著雨勢和雨量的加大，桃園民眾仍須多加注意。

中央氣象局上午發布豪雨特報，提醒臺北市、新北市、桃園地區及高雄山區、嘉義山區已有局部大豪雨發生；大臺北地區今日也有局部超大豪雨發生的機率，新竹到臺中及基隆地區有局部豪雨或大豪雨，彰化以南（含南投）地區有局部大雨或豪雨，宜蘭、花蓮地區及臺東山區有局部大雨發生的機率，請注意瞬間大雨、雷擊、強陣風及溪水暴漲；連日降雨，請慎防坍方、落石及土石流；低窪地區請慎防淹水。
