前幾天在一個朋友家的Party上遇到了個矽谷這邊資深獵人頭經理M，幫助過下列公司在他們都還是Startup 階段時獵過人頭：Google，Linkedin，Facebook，與 Tesla。

在討論開始之前，如果身邊有資深在做Head Hunter的朋友，請趕快請他喝杯咖啡出來聊聊。直到昨天為止，我才知道他們知道的內線消息這麼多，除了基本的職缺數目與薪水福利行情（不要問我，自己找自己的獵人頭朋友問 XD）與漲勢以外，他們對Career Path（職涯規劃）也有一套非常深刻的見解，以前我隱約觀察到的蹊徑，與完全不知道的跨領域整合方法，被他輕鬆點破。真的很有種得到偉大航線航海圖的感覺。

因為在座討論的人不是MBA，就是軟體工程師，我們就來討論這兩個角色吧。
