行銷破布子　農會收購保障價格

高雄市內門區種植約50公頃破布子，不過往年因缺乏產銷機制，常造成破布子價格崩盤，農民血本無歸。內門區農會自今年起開始與食品加工廠合作，由農會向農民以每台斤30元的保障價格收購，保障農民收益。會表示，未來若推廣良好，將考慮與農民契作，除了保障農民收益，也能讓品質更為提升。
 
內門區農會總幹事洪輝煌說，內門區早年種植大面積的破布子，是高雄市破布子主要產區，但因破布子需加工才能食用，較難打入一般市場，銷售多由盤商直接向農民收購，價格也一直受到控制，無法為農民創造更多利潤。
 
為了避免中間剝削，今年農會與食品加工廠合作，由農會以保障價格向農民收購破布子，再提供給加工廠加工販售，保障農民收益。洪輝煌說，如果試行成效良好，未來還考慮加入契作、舉辦DIY教學展售等，將市場規模擴大，增加農民收益。
 
種植破布子的卓姓農民說，幾年前破布子價格崩盤至每台斤僅10餘元，許多農民索性砍掉不種，去年因產量變少，尾盤甚至拉出每台斤近40元的高價。對於農會保障價格收購，他認為作法不錯「價格不必讓生意人操控」。（劉智維／高雄報導）
