沈慶京帶百萬港幣出境未申報

威京集團總裁沈慶京下午攜帶港幣一百萬元現金出境，在桃園機場過安檢線時被查到，由於他未向海關申報，海關在清點後，發還免申報換算港幣八萬一千元，其餘超額港幣九十一萬九千元部分依法沒入。沈慶京表示不清楚規定，也未透露攜帶大筆港幣現金用途，他稍後取消原本澳門航空的機位。根據外匯管理條例，入、出境旅客得攜帶美金一萬元等值外幣，未申報超額部分依法沒入。
