公務機車被偷 失主村幹事追人

苗栗縣南庄鄉一名村幹事昨天下午騎公務車外出洽公，機車放置獅山村某處時，遭到小偷竊車騎走，事後發現公務車被竊，心急如焚，趕緊到派出所報案後，自己也借友人的機車追查。村幹事心想，當時機車快沒油了，算準小偷可能會到加油車加油，3小時後他在三灣中油加油站堵到小偷，立刻上前扭打，報警將他送辦。

涉嫌偷竊的36歲黎姓男子稱，他搭乘台灣好行到獅頭山，看見一輛機車留有鑰匙，心想累了要代步就騎走，水溝旁還看見一綑銅線也竊走，警方查出他前科累累，今天將黎男依竊盜罪嫌送辦。
