（中央社台北1日電）彭博報導，繼標準普爾（Standard & Poor's）宣告阿根廷違約，導致其美元債券下跌之際，阿根廷表示並未反對摩根大通集團等銀行尋求達成的協議，這將讓該國恢復債務償還。

阿根廷經濟部長基西羅夫（Axel Kicillof）指出，阿國政府未反對第3方團體提出解決其與避險基金集團間爭議的方案。

一位美國法官阻止阿根廷償還債務，包括7月30日到期130億美元債券的利息支付在內，直到這個以艾略特管理公司（Elliott Management Corp.）為首的避險基金集團取得他們的資金為止。

穆迪投資者服務公司（Moody's InvestorsService Inc.）今天將阿根廷評級展望列為負向。

根據一位因資訊未公開而要求匿名的銀行人士指出，由國際投資銀行組成的團體與艾略特管理公司和其他所謂拒絕重組債權人（holdout creditor）進行面談，建議買進他們在2001年違約持有的證券後，基西羅夫發表了這項談話。
