騎乘贓車逛災區 否認趁火打劫

（中央社高雄4日電）高雄市黃姓男子騎乘贓車在苓雅區武慶三路閒逛，被警方查獲，警懷疑其意圖趁火打劫；黃嫌坦承偷竊機車代步，但否認打劫受災戶。

警方表示，苓雅分局三多路派出所員警昨天深夜行經苓雅區武慶三路巡邏時，發現一部共乘機車行跡可疑，上前攔查，發現這兩名男子並非當地民眾，且機車車牌已註銷，加上後座的黃姓男子持裝有汽油的寶特瓶，隨即將兩人帶回調查。

警方指出，經聯絡住在前鎮區的車主，是黃姓男子的親戚，車主向警方表示「我沒借他車，是他偷走使用」。

黃嫌坦承竊取機車作為代步工具，他供稱，手持裝有汽油的寶特瓶，是要去加朋友機車油箱，並非要前往附近受災商家行竊；警訊後，今天依竊盜罪嫌移送法辦。1030804
