關於PLATSAFE晶片卡的問題

我的playsafe晶片卡買了有兩年了
但從前年的暑假到現在隔了將近2年的時間我沒在使用
一直到昨天我才又拿出來用

但為什麼我一登入就出現
【VerifyCard Msg: 2012:卡片與帳號資訊不正確，請勿非法使用他人的卡片!】
我很確定這個帳號是用這張卡片
因為我一直都插在讀卡機裡面
請問大大們能告訴我為什麼會這樣嗎?
或是解決的辦法
