希拉蕊批歐巴馬　外交政策失敗導致聖戰組織崛起

美國總統歐巴馬下令發動空襲，協助伊拉克打擊遜尼派聖戰組織「伊斯蘭國」(ISIL，又稱「伊拉克與黎凡特伊斯蘭國」)，此舉不僅引發共和黨撻伐，前國務卿希拉蕊接受「大西洋月刊」訪問時(Atlantic Monthly)也公開批評歐巴馬的外交決策

希拉蕊指摘歐巴馬在對抗敍利亞總統阿塞德‧採取觀望態度，以致未能協助敍利亞反抗軍建立可靠的戰鬥力量，讓像「伊斯蘭國」這樣的聖戰組織有機可乘，得以擴大勢力。「現時令我擔心中東局勢的其中一個原因，是聖戰組織的影響範圍可達至歐洲甚至美國，他們不會留守其地盤，而是會擴張，以西方及十字軍為目標，而我們恰巧是他們的目標。」

分析指，共和黨人批評歐巴馬未能在敍利亞、伊拉克、烏克蘭等衝突地區，樹立美國的領導地位，希拉蕊的言論顯示她試圖與歐巴馬拉開距離，有意參加2016年總統選舉的希拉蕊，在出任國務卿期間曾主張美國為敍利亞反抗軍提供武器。（國際中心╱綜合報導）
