役男嘿咻未成年　超商廁所當4腳獸

21歲的陳姓男子去年服役時，認識剛滿14歲的國3女生，交往1個多月後，就在自己住家與少女發生性關係，更誇張的是在去年9月28日下午，與少女相約在鹿港鎮的一家超商聊天後，兩人竟跑到超商廁所內當起4腳獸。案經少女學校導師發現事情才曝光，彰化地院今依妨害性自主罪嫌2罪，各判陳男5月有期徒刑，應執行8個月。

地院審理時，少女的母親向法官表示，聽到女兒遭到男子侵害，讓身為人母的她十分痛心，希望能給陳男一個教訓。陳男則表示悔意，並趕緊貸款籌錢給被害人當作和解金。（詹智淵╱彰化報導）
