關於 Note3 使用行動電源

我最近入手一台新的行動電源是 line friends 的行動電源，規格是這樣：

Capacity：10,000mAH
Input：Micro USB 5V-1.5A
Output：USB 5V-2A
Cell-type：Li-lon Battery

我想問的是，請問這個規格可以用來充 Note3 嗎？
以前我曾經有過另一台行動電源，那個時候充手機都可以用，
可是我換了 Note3 後有一天充 Note3 大概沒幾分鐘就突然不充了，然後就再怎麼充其他的手機也是都無效了。

這一次有了一台新的行動電源，我很怕發生一樣的狀況所以想上來問問看能不能用，不然又報銷了~~

請問這個 Note3 的 USB 3.0有關係嗎？那我如果要用的話是不是最好用 Note3 原廠的那一條線？
