愛犬被撞死　怪清潔隊沒送醫提國賠

李姓女子的愛犬被貨車撞，她認為清潔隊員獲報處理時沒將狗送醫，導致狗死亡，提國賠求償8萬多元被駁回。

今日出版的《聯合報》報導，李姓女子向新北地院主張，去年3月6日，她的愛犬在住處附近馬路，遭洪男駕駛貨車撞傷，洪即打1999通報。新北市環保局板橋區清潔隊員到場把狗當廢棄物，但她隔天向附近商家打聽，發現狗倒地時並未死亡。李女認為清潔隊員應該將狗送醫，不該直接以廢棄物處理焚燒，提國賠求償8萬多元，法官認為李女未舉證狗死與清潔隊員執勤有因果關係，駁回國賠之訴。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
