舊屋翻新的預算和加蓋

最近和家人有想要把家裡整修翻新

屋齡約20年以上有點算老式建築 ((整排的那種

大約30多坪

想設計現代一點的風格

還有想加蓋不知道是否要去申請

因為我家2樓和3樓只有前中沒有後只有一樓有前中後

所以想把2和3樓加蓋後面

目前還在和家裡討論

想先知道大約的預算

不知道有人能提供一些資料給我嗎

或好人設計師可以先來我家幫我看 ~~ XDD""((好像有點過分..

希望提供者能給我些實際設計圖或前後比較的圖

當然預算大約的金額是多少

我有自己找一些資料但都有點舊現在物價也不知道漲多少(( 也不太了解建築這方面

希望預算是在150萬以內
