2015台東三仙台迎曙光問題諮詢

想詢問，我跟朋友12月31日住池上車站附近，
晚上要開夜車到三仙台等看日出，有幾個問題想請有經驗的棧友提供意見：
1.抵達三仙台時間-查詢了一下看日出時間約在五點半左右，
因不熟當地交通，不曉得我們二點出發，到三仙台約四點(加上不熟路況找路…)，是合適的?
2.停車問題-到了那邊，還有要找停車位的問題??會不會很難停車?
3.最佳觀賞點-有推薦一定要在哪個位置觀看嗎?
4.現場活動-好像每年都有原住民舞蹈表演

p.s.不曉得有沒有棧友2015年1月1日也要去三仙台迎曙光的?
