江揆勉落選者接受選舉結果

行政院長江宜樺下午巡視中選會選情中心，在致詞時期勉落選者，發揮運動員的精神，勝不驕、敗不餒，理性接受選舉的結果。因為，這也是代表人民大眾，各候選人的政見被人民接受的結果，經過選舉的粹練，相信民主會越來越進步，這是人民之福。

江宜樺在視察選情中心，除給工作人員打氣，逐一握手外，也送給選務工作人員橘子，表達心意。江揆在視察選情中心之前，先聽取中選會代理主委劉義周的簡報。全台2千300萬人，合格選民有1800多萬，占了人口的3/4，是有始以來最大規模的選舉，這也是地制法修法後首度舉行的9項公職合併選舉投票，也是我國民主選舉重要的一環。
