柯辦：i-voting可避免偏聽 柯負全責

台北市長當選人柯文哲拋出局處首長採「i-voting」構想，引發民進黨內不同討論，有人認為「不符責任政治原理」，甚至產生「超級局長」。柯辦黨政平台秘書長、立委李應元今晚表示，各界顧慮不是沒道理，但i-voting目的是下放決策權力，避免人事「偏聽」弊病，且柯文哲已說他會負完全政治責任，只要不合適就會更換。

他表示，第一階段推薦或自薦登記為候選人後，必須提出落實柯文哲勞工政見的具體做法，未來經遴選委員會書面審查、勞動對談後，第二階段才交由大眾票選。勞動局長今凌晨開放登記，至傍晚已逾四千多人登記「我要選局長」，另有卅多人登記推薦候選人。
