頂新集團旗下頂率開發公司三重土地聯貸違約案，兆豐銀行假扣押聲請案雖遭台北地方法院駁回，不過台北地院今天裁准70億元本票強制執行聲請案，兆豐銀行等銀行團繳交強制執行費5600萬元後，隨時可以聲請強制執行拍賣頂率資產，不過頂率也可在10天內提出抗告，或提起確認債權不存在之訴，聲請停止強制執行。
