歐巴馬訪問印度　核能合作獲突破

美國總統歐巴馬（Barack Obama）偕夫人米雪兒（Michelle Obama）今天抵達印度首都新德里，展開為期3天訪問。今天中午歐巴馬與印度總理莫迪舉行會談之後，兩人宣布達成突破性共識，化解美印「民用核能協定」僵局，解除美國企業投資印度民用核能的障礙。
 
《今日美國》（USA TODAY）今天報導，美印同意就民用核能協議達成共識，意味著兩國核能合作談判「取得重要突破」。儘管雙方尚未公佈具體合作方案，但印度官員透露兩國已成功「敲定」具體合作條款。（國際中心╱綜合外電報導）
