房仲的開價一定是高於之前成交的價格

但買方也會知道實際成交的價格大概是落在哪裡

(現在有實價登錄可查, 不像之前可以隨便亂喊)

1.當買方出價低於賣方底價

房仲跟買方講賣方的底價就是多少

若買方無法接受價格, 那就無法成交, 等下一組買方

若買方可以接受價格, 那成交的價格就是賣方的底價

2.當買方出價高於賣方底價, 那成交的價格就是買方的出價
