陳致中可望恢復民進黨員身分

前總統陳水扁兒子陳致中可望恢復黨籍。陳致中今天表示，民進黨仲裁評斷已出爐，支持高雄市黨部見解，讓他自2013年9月再入黨申請開始，恢復黨員身份。

陳致中說，中央黨部支持的理由是：「2010年致中是接受市黨部協調退黨，不是違紀參選，不受五年條款限制」。

民進黨高雄市黨部主委陳啟昱表示，陳致中不必再重新申請入黨，如今就等中央黨部入黨審查小組開會結果，如果來得及，陳致中就可以代表民進黨參選前鎮、小港立委選舉。如果來不及，就循柯文哲參選台北市長模式辦理。
