隨意拘禁　馬爾地夫前總統被判13年徒刑

馬爾地夫前總統納希德（Mohamed Nasheed）昨天（13日）依隨意拘禁罪名，被判13年徒刑。他在位時，曾於2012年1月下令逮捕法官阿曼德（Ahmed Mohamed）。

《Minivan News》昨天報導，在檢查總長穆森（Muhthaz Muhsin）以恐怖罪行起訴納希德後，他於上月22日遭到逮捕。之後納希德曾多次要求辯護律師，但遭法官駁回。納希德曾表示：「我要律師。這不是法庭。這不是正義。這是國家立憲以來最大的馬戲團。」（黃炎坤／綜合外電報導）
