「腦部缺乏物質」　黃景泰滅證重嫌延押獲准

基隆市前議長黃景泰任議長期間涉入多起貪污案，延押至今超過半年，本周五將延押到期，檢方認為黃景泰在「掏空市議會千萬公款」，已坦承挪用600多萬公款，且仍有多案罪證仍待釐清，且檢方掌握黃景泰先前有串證、滅證的行為，認為黃羈押之必要。日前法院判決出爐，黃景泰延押2個月獲准。
 
本月9日進行第一次準備程序庭時，黃景泰曾當庭自述說「有紅眼、身起紅斑及手抖之情形；我的視力惡化、腦部可能缺乏某種物質。」基隆看守所2天後，替黃安排前往國泰醫院進行健康檢查；法院依據院方的診斷書，認為基隆看守所內的醫療措施，足以協助黃的病情，不需要保外就醫。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
