大旱嚴重　美加州首次強制性限水

美國加州州長布朗（Jerry Brown）昨天（1日）已下令實施強制性限水，這是加州史上頭一遭。他召開記者會表示：「我們面對的是歷史大旱，需要採取空前舉措。」

美聯社昨天（1日）報導，根據布朗發布的行政命令，該州城鎮的用水量將減少25%，預料居民、商人、農人等用戶將受到影響。（黃炎坤／綜合外電報導）
