電腦EXE檔不能正常開啟

我家裡電腦是W7旗艦版
有今天我在灌SF2遊戲時，被AVG防毒軟體發現有威脅，我點了保護我
之後電腦被重開，我的電腦不能用連點開啟EXE檔，會說要用甚麼東西開
像是IE瀏覽器用IE開只給我下載列表，沒有網頁，
所有EXE檔都要用系統管理員開啟，非常的不方便
連影片圖片都要開瀏覽器在開啟舊檔
請幫幫我!!
