國防部證實，邱國正自請處分

陸航601旅軍官特權招待親友登上阿帕契直升機，甚至夾帶外籍人士入營，國防部發言人羅紹和證實，陸軍司令邱國正認為司令部在調查本案時，未能善盡查證之責，致該部4月3日記者會中所提的參訪人數與實際人數有所落差，引發外界質疑，讓國軍受到傷害，因此自請處分。

至於最後邱國正會遭何處分，羅紹和說，尚在作業中，目前無法說明，

至於陸軍督察體系相關人員是否亦應一併檢討？羅紹和表示，將由國防部總督察長室檢討辦理，並且列為下一波懲處名單。
