各位大大,小弟我在前幾天送修手機,在前天拿回來,原廠跟我說處理方法是換機板,但是換了之後,手機自己會一直當機, 無法使用,不然就是自己重開機(自己運作中跳掉) ,我下載DR.WEB防毒軟體他掃出"android.smssend.origin 427"這個毒,我懷疑一直當機是否跟他有關,還原過好多次 SD卡也格式化請問要怎麼做才能讓我的GO好起來?! 幫幫我吧!!

PS://我今天拿去問sony特約門市跟他說明以上的問題,但是當場試是沒問題的,但回家之後又開始了(用到一半當掉+手機充電自己跳掉重開機),他叫我再用用看,我該怎麼做??
